Our construction meets all relevant building standards.

We are proud to have the following accreditations, certifications, and memberships.

We work extremely hard to not only achieve these but maintain them by working rigidly to the management systems we subscribe to. Our compliance team are constantly reviewing the systems and processes to ensure our ways of working are aligned to the latest legislation and best practice guidelines.

Health & Safety

We directly employ in house HSQE managers. Our HSQE team work with our managers, employees, and clients at every stage of project delivery, ensuring contracts are safe and that our teams are working within the constraints of all risk and method statements.

Our bespoke integrated management system (IMS) is independently assessed and certified to meet the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

We are Safe Contractor, Construction Line Gold & Achillies certified.

We take a proactive approach with health and safety ensuring all managers and staff are trained through bespoke training packages to always ensure that they have the most up to date management techniques and are fully versed with current legislation.

With all our managers SMSTS qualified and all operatives DBS checked, MJ Ferguson Services project teams are supported by the office teams working together seamlessly to deliver projects on time, on budget and with safety compliance at the forefront.

Environment & Sustainability

By integrating sustainability into every aspect of our work and implementing a robust Carbon Reduction plan to guide and monitor our progress, we aim to deliver an unparalleled service to our clients, characterised by a transparent and eco-friendly carbon supply chain.

We have meticulously assessed our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, initiating the identification of hotspots. Collaborating with our suppliers and partners, we are actively working towards minimising the carbon footprint associated with the services we provide.

In essence, MJFS is laying the groundwork for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.
