James Mollen holds the position of Managing Director at M J Ferguson Services. He assumes overall responsibility for all business endeavours. He has extensive knowledge of both Projects and Hard FM services.

Lewis Pykerman is a Project Manager & Electrical QS, he manages a diverse portfolio of works, from coordinating painters to managing full turnkey refurbishments in live environments ranging from heritage sites, hospitals and schools.

With a career spanning various roles in M&E, Facilities Management, and general building, Joe's expertise is grounded in his broad spectrum of work for service providers.
