Details including:
•Lay floor protection
•Strip out existing flooring
•Remedial works to original loose floor base with lintels and associated works.
•Supply and fit hardwood Threshold bars to the underside of the external doors.
•Supply and fit new timber where water pipes are.
•Supply and fit new 18mm WBP ply lid to match the existing.
•New underfloor heating and flooring finishes, with skirting.
•4x badminton, basketball, netball, Football & Volleyball linings.
•Final lacquer.
