MJ Ferguson Services were instructed to carry out two small works at the Walkie Talkie building.

Bunding
A pre welded metal framework was installed to pipework in the basement corridor, and a pre-drilled and countersunk L section framework was installed on a bead of silicone. The frame had an internal mastic bead to assist with condense containment and, along with the inside of the buding area, was painted grey to match the floor.

Drip Tray Works
We supplied and installed new threaded rods from the existing containment and installed a new drip tray with upstand. The drip tray was affixed to the underservices, and a new condense run was installed, connected into the existing wall mounted condense pipework.
