MJ Ferguson Services Limited were appointed by CBRE to strip up, remove and dispose of the existing decking on a 10th floor terrace, and to supply and install new Irogo hardwood decking with anti-slip inserts.

Once the decking was procured and agreed by the client, it was sent to Magma for the anti-slip strips to be installed. Working out of hours in a live environment, it was necessary to barrier off the area before works commenced and remove and isolate the existing deck lights. The new decking was fixed to the existing substrate with stainless steel screws, and a clear external wood preserver was applied.

Once works were complete, the deck lights were refitted and the barriers removed before handing the area back to the client.
