Convert 4th floor grey-space into a new 15 bed CCU (Critical Care Unit) with field hospital capabilities.
Full turn-key including:
•Temporary works inclusive of power, scaffolding & support.
•Demolish, strip out existing and remodel to provide new RAFTING area for A&E.
•Isolation, demolition and stripping out of existing services.
•Provision of new containment.
•Fire stopping throughout.
•New MEPH services.
•New ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, furniture, fittings and sanitaryware with associated AHU provision and ductwork.
•Plus integration of site controls and connection to BMS.
