Demolition of Integrated Therapies to create the new CYPAU (Children and Young People’s Assessment Unit).
Full strip-out including:
•Temporary works inclusive of power, scaffolding & support.
•Demolish, strip out existing and remodel.
•Isolation, demolition and stripping out of existing services.
•Provision of new containment.
•Fire stopping throughout.
•New MEPH services.
•New ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, furniture, fittings and sanitaryware with associated AHU provision and ductwork.
•Integration of site controls and connection to BMS.
