Design and build SAU (Surgical Assessment Unit) refurbishment
Full strip-out including:
•Strip out existing space.
•Isolation, demolition and stripping out of existing services.
•Demolition and reconfiguration of internal partitions.
•Provision of new containment.
•Fire stopping throughout.
•New MEPH services
•New ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, furniture, fittings and sanitaryware with associated AHU provision and ductwork.
•Plus integration of site controls and connection to BMS.
