Fast Turnaround of Canteen refurbishment and surrounding areas
Refurbishment including:
•Strip out & disposal of damaged materials.
•Lay floor protection to areas.
•Fill and make good walls .
•Remove existing damage and re-supply 18mm Ply to boxing where all pipes are.
•Remove, supply and fit new ply to ceilings.
•Decorate all doors, walls, radiators, joinery to match the existing.
•Supply and fit new micro look ceiling grid to the lobby area.
•Supply and fit ceiling tiles in place of damaged tiles
